Hurricane Armor^® provides unmatched design flexibility for protecting facilities of all types. The patent pending Hurricane Armor Screen blocks large and small missiles, and removes the wind and rain pressure that causes water damage. It is a flexible, woven mesh designed to withstand hurricane winds and the rain and water damage that results.

The installation consists of stainless steel anchoring systems that holds the mesh away from the protected glass or opening to prevent any damage to the envelope of the building. The mesh has the ability to allow light through it, eliminating the closed in effect of other hurricane shutter systems.

Hurricane Armor has been tested at 113 psf, which is the equivalent of a 275 mph wind and large missile impacted without damage to the screen or the glass it protects!.
